Return Policy

1. Requirement

Artbook will accept exchanges and returns for the following cases:

- Products damaged during the transportation process. For example, products that are dented, torn, or damaged during the delivery process by the carrier.

- Products received by the customer that do not match the description on the website or from the advice of our staff. For example, incorrect product code, color, size, etc.

If your product does not fall into any of the above categories, we have the right to reject your exchange/return request.

2. Exchange time

The exchange/return timeframe depends on the customer returning the defective product to Artbook's address and the delivery time from our shipping partner.

We guarantee to exchange or return products as soon as possible.

3. The regulations for exchanges/returns

- Same product code: Free exchange.

- Different product but with the same price: Free exchange.

- If the value of the new product (the product to be exchanged) is greater than the value of the old product (based on the bill): The customer will need to pay the price difference to exchange for the new product, calculated as follows:

Additional compensation amount = (Value of the new product) - (Value of the old product)

- If the value of the new product (the product to be exchanged) is less than the value of the old product (based on the bill): The customer will receive a refund for the remaining amount, calculated as follows:

Refund amount for the customer = (Value of the old product) - (Value of the new product)
